Oöna PMS1 is formulated so that you only need to take it once a day. There are two different tablets in Oöna PMS1 - the daily tablet and the "bonus" tablet. One daily tablet of chaste tree berry and black cohosh should be taken throughout the month. The "bonus" tablet is passionflower, which comes in a separate blister pack. Taken along with the daily tablet, you begin taking the passionflower tablet mid-cycle, approximately 14 days begin you expect menstruation to begin.
